Refund policy

At Dryland Threads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please review our refund policy below:

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
